GK Food Court Management, a fast-growing dark kitchen in Düsseldorf, faced a fundamental challenge: managing inventory and operations across multiple locations without being on-site.
Co-founders Kaan Savul and Gökmen Ucok realised that if they didn’t get control of their decentralised operations, their rapid growth could spiral out of control.

GK Food Court operates three brands, runs 30 virtual restaurants, and collaborates with 10 partners. Things moved quickly after their 2023 launch. Once the first partner came on board, others followed rapidly.
“Our growth target this year is 50 partners. Next year, we aim for 150 in Germany, then expand to Benelux, Austria, and Switzerland,” says Kaan Savul.
The team knew they couldn’t be physically present at every location. They needed a system to manage inventory across all sites, ensuring partners never run out of stock while avoiding overstocking.
Starting with pen and paper or spreadsheets was an option, but GK Food Court aimed for fast growth. They needed a scalable solution from the start.
