Host kitchen

A host kitchen is a delivery-only kitchen hosted by an existing restaurant. In essence, it is a restaurant inside another restaurant. In a host kitchen partnership, one restaurant or hotel uses its existing kitchen facilities and staff to prepare another restaurant’s menu for delivery.
